The Thornhill Reds grabbed a couple important pieces as the signing deadline draws near.
It took some time but the Reds got some great news as both Zach Lampreia and Michael Cecchetto left the Intercounty baseball league to ink with Thornhill and compete for an Ontario championship.
It was a welcome back for Lampreia who was a two way GTBL all star in 2019, while Cecchetto will make his senior debut Tuesday in Ajax. The Reds now have a full twenty five man roster, and are ready for an eventful July, including a first round provincial matchup with the Strathroy Royals on July 29th in Windsor.
