The Thornhill Reds won all three round robin games, finishing first in their pool and are moving on to the Semi finals of the 2018 Vaughan Fathers Day Classic tournament.

The Reds beat Oakville 7-4, Kendal 11-7, and Erindale 9-4 to receive a bye straight to Sunday, avoiding a Saturday night quarterfinal game. The Reds won the tournament in 2016, and 2017 saw no winner awarded due to weather. Adam Jafine will look to send the Reds to the final as he will take the ball in the morning semi.
